Next September 24 at 3:45 pm on the occasion of the 5th International Architecture Meeting VANGUARDIA, Manuel Torres Acemel, from the MANUEL TORRES DESIGN studio, will hold a Master Conference entitled “Why Trends prevail in Design and Architecture?”.

VANGUARDIAis a biennial event of the Colombian Academy of Architecture and Design that aims to discover the global trends of architecture in all its orders. Within the framework of Architecture and Order – The challenge of contemporary architectural design, national and international architecture experts will meet on September 23 and 24 to present and show trends and solutions of the latest architectural advances.

The intervention will take place in the Social Center of Officers of the National Police of Bogotá, where the designer will explain the importance of why designers and architects should be aware of the various social, environmental and cultural changes and the use of techniques of analysis and research of Trends because, through them, it is possible to create novel concepts, and in this same way be generators of trends or fashions related to the various branches of this specialty.
