MANUEL TORRES DESIGN designs the new ALTERRA TOWERS housing development, an ambitious real estate development of approximately 15,000m2 comprised of 174 apartments, green areas, sports area and children’s area, to which 1,000 m2 of amenities divided into: gym, clubhouse, lounge bar, water area and spa.

The complex is located in the city of Querétaro, specifically in the luxurious area of ​​Juriquilla Santa Fe (Mexico). This exclusive area in full development is characterized by having several residential complexes or neighborhoods of high socioeconomic status, as well as the so-called “Village of Juriquilla”, which also has golf courses, an artificial lake, yacht club, hotel gran turismo , bullring, four university campuses, several schools, exhibition centers, shopping centers, research centers and the so-called Omnicentro, a development still under construction where there will be a cultural center, a shopping center, a hospital center, departments and offices.

MANUEL TORRES DESIGN has also designed the architecture, interior design and equipment of the commercial office building, projected on a total area of ​​1,900 m2, which includes the construction of the same building, parking areas and direct access from the main road linking Queretaro with Mexico City. The architecture of the building follows the same values ​​under which ALTERRA TOWERS is built, being these the innovation, quality and comfort of the spaces.
