The International Furniture Fair of Milan is the most important sectorial event at an international level due to the wide and extensive range of products it offers, where the main manufacturers of all types of home furniture of classic, modern and avant-garde styles are distributed. along with lighting and office furniture, in a total of 20 pavilions.

This edition will once again have the participation of MANUEL TORRES DESIGN with the extension of SINGULAR Collection, designed for the Spanish firm with international presence TAGAR, that participates for the third consecutive year in the event and that this year we can find it in Hall 22 – Stand C36; and with KVADRATO Rugs designed for the Spanish firm WOOP Rugs, in the Space “Basque Living” – Hall 22 – Stand C27, a stand of 100 m2 that manages to unite more than a hundred Basque companies of equipment, wood and design. And specifically, part 18 of its associated companies, which provide their latest news.

Both designs, born from the international study, will share pavilion in one of the most important events in Europe of the furniture and furniture accessories industry, where the latest trends in design and manufacture of furniture are presented by the most prestigious firms and designers

SINGULAR Collection It is characterized for being of innovative design materialized in its skeletons formed by metal rods in which rest its sinuous folds that give form to the different models, fused by the simplicity and beauty of its perfectly visible mechanical joints that gives us a sensation of lightness but with intelligent character. A collection of contemporary design, with strong references to classics, as well as modern furniture styles.

Three models have been created, Singular Bench: three-seat bench, Singular Stool: composed of three stackable stools; high, medium and low of short backing, and Singular Table: there are three types of square stackable tables of 70x70x75 Cm, ​​80x80x55 Cm, ​​80x80x75 Cm and a rectangular one of 60x120x45 Cm. KVADRATO Rugs Collection, is a different and personal way of understanding an idea as simple as a carpet which has been made with different finishes and typologies following the latest parameters of the DIY Tendency (Do It Yourself) as an essential premise of the project. The goal for the creative team has been to create a unique line full of color and volume differentiated by its design and innovation, developed under the concepts of simplicity, utility, versatility, green design and freedom.

For this the international study of design was raised as a fundamental premise, to develop an innovative design, ecofriendly and unique in its segment. These exclusive carpets of 3,5mm of thickness and of customizable width and length woven to measure for Environments Indoor and Outdoor, are non-slip and resistant to the light and to the water, are composed by synthetic fibers of the highest quality that facilitate his maintenance and the duration.

Under the slogan “DO IT YOURSELF / MAKE IT YOURS”, KVADRATO is a collection of eight fully customizable carpets: Bilbao, Sao Paulo, Aberdeen, Mikonos, Siena, Edinburgh, New York and Mexico. Starting with nine colors, using the configurator and your creativity you will be able to create exclusive designs, creating a unique carpet, being able to create designs from fun and colorful carpets to more sober and elegant ones that cover all your needs, that adapt to your own style.
