The International Study MANUEL TORRES DESIGN, creates a new ecosystem where the right balance between privacy and collaboration, offering various options to its users and a certain control over their environment, can choose any of the options of a typology of spaces as well as of postures, providing the health benefits that are obtained by moving throughout the day. In this way, trends such as: the Green Office, nature must be another element of the everyday environment in the office; the Sustainable Design, incorporating elements that result in a minimum of waste and reduce the carbon footprint of companies; the Flexible Spaces, a clear social trend that completely breaks with the traditional office concepts coined in the industrial era, in aspects such as the division of spaces, modulation, the hierarchy of environments and the individualization of rights over them. All this is changed by open spaces, open space, not limited, more illuminated and ventilated, but above all, more flexible, more common and functional; the Alternative Spaces, providing adjustments and supports for the diversity of activities that are expressed more and more within the working day; and the Balance of Color, generating physical and emotional reactions that determine how workers relate to the workplace and perceive it.

The architectural program is fully functional, distributed in a total of approximately 324 positions. In each level we find completely open rooms to promote the collaborative environment, supported by multi-purpose rooms, offices, bathrooms, meeting rooms and private offices.
