The Hall is characterized mainly by reflecting the result of innovation and exclusivity that will later be seen throughout the house. We receive a parquet carpet in walnut and its perimeter covered with exclusive black marble in leather finish and its sloping walls that conceal the access doors to other areas and whose thickness of leaves are about 50 cms. The wood is combined with borders and a perimeter eave to ceiling in stainless steel in polished mirror finish, which reflects a greater amplitude and spatial volume. On the roof has been applied silver leaf and its central area is a sculptural lamp with indirect light and emulates the liquid silver that is in the same roof. In the background there is a hidden sliding panel, which can be opened or closed to make the area of ​​the Main Hall independent.

One of the “jewels in the crown” of this house is the inclusion and design of La Capilla, which has an enveloping and magical atmosphere, thus generating peace, tranquility and harmony in these sacred spaces, both day and night and all based on the materials used and the study of lighting that emphasizes the design of the ceiling that refers to the pages of the Bible and where you can read the prayer of the Our Father and the images of the Virgin of Guadalupe and the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the latter made by hand in Mexico and by Italian experts in the ravening art of the mosaic. The baroque Christ was placed on the front wall and lacking its cross, the marble was reduced by its back and the cross also appears illuminated by turning on the light. The walls also acquire a great personality, as they are covered with whole pieces of Turkish marble and installed in a book. That is to say, the veins are arranged in continuity throughout the coating.

The Guest Room, is another space that is positioned as a great protagonist thanks to the natural material in Onyx that we find in the sink of exclusive design and sculptural character, as well as in the vertical walls of the toilet. Thanks to an intelligent game of facing mirrors, a kaleidoscopic effect is created that magnifies the beauty of the stone, creates a dance of lights and an effect of infinity.

The kitchen is projected as a space mainly of comfort and functionality either for its manageable size as for its distribution. Luminous, natural and technically evolved, it is a kitchen that is also designed to measure and expresses an innovative and informal housing concept. It is determined by a central island that houses the cooking area and an auxiliary sink, which facilitates freedom of movement. Account, likewise, with a natural urban garden that allows its users the luxury of harvesting their own species and vegetables. It is also worth mentioning that different materials are used that provide an aseptic design typical of the room and that emulates the concept of a laboratory. All the furniture has also been made to measure and by a finish in retrolaqueados glasses in white.

The day area is a very large space that functions as a Family Room, Dining Room, Living Room and Library. Likewise, the Main Hall, where the protagonist is the grand piano, is strategically located on the side of it and this in turn is the focal element that is centered on the axis of the Hall. On the other side of this space is the Bar, unique design in wood and Onyx of singular excellence and lighting, modern and avant-garde character that accentuates this space of light and color, being crowned by the extraordinary views of the most modern skyline of the city from Mexico.

On the other hand, in the night area, a total of three full bedrooms are located and composed of the main Suite and two other spacious and comfortable suites that have private bathrooms and individual dressing rooms to offer their users maximum enjoyment, comfort and break.
