The complex is located in the city of Querétaro, specifically in the luxurious area of ​​Juriquilla Santa Fe (Mexico). This exclusive area in full development is characterized by having several residential complexes or neighborhoods of high socioeconomic status, as well as the so-called “Village of Juriquilla”, which also has golf courses, an artificial lake, yacht club, hotel gran turismo , bullring, four university campuses, several schools, exhibition centers, shopping centers, research centers and the so-called Omnicentro, a development still under construction where there will be a cultural center, a shopping center, a hospital center, departments and offices.

MANUEL TORRES DESIGN has also designed the architecture, interior design and equipment of the commercial office building, projected on a total area of ​​1,900 m2, which includes the construction of the same building, parking areas and direct access from the main road linking Queretaro with Mexico City. The architecture of the building follows the same values ​​under which ALTERRA TOWERS is built, being these the innovation, quality and comfort of the spaces.

The Project has consisted of a new construction development for both the housing development and the commercial office. It has been chosen to give an air of freshness through a styling based on tonal duality, where the warmth of the noble wood interacts nicely with the stone and mink tones we find throughout the project. In this way and through an author’s project, a set has been created with finishes of maximum quality and care, and with a contemporary and timeless image.

We have opted for the use of noble materials for the realization of housing giving continuity and harmony with a common denominator: impeccable design and first class materials.

The Chromatic is characterized by an intelligent balance of the warmth of the toasted colors with the contrast of cold colors such as gray, white glacier and black night, which are splashing the different rooms. This combination brings candor, elegance, chromatic harmony, and a sophisticated, select and perennial style.

For the Distribution and zoning, care has been taken to ensure that all rooms enjoy natural light and that there is an evident dialogue between interior and exterior. It should be noted the physical and visual articulation and continuity that we find in the different rooms that are unfolding as we move through the house. In this way the departments of housing development they have a total area of ​​120 m2, divided into: a living room, with built-in kitchen, which leads to a small terrace of 8 m2; a Living Room to relax to watch TV with the family; a Master Suite with its own bathroom and dressing room; another Double Bedroom and service areas, such as laundry or toilet. The commercial and sales office, occupies an area of ​​80 m2, distributed in: a sales room, a meeting room, toilet area and cellar. At the entrance, he receives us with a structure that is born from the ceiling and opens with a zenithal light presenting the model area. All in gray and black with accents in wood granted by the work surfaces.

The building that collects these two spaces is wrapped by a rib that protects at the same time that it gives privacy. Externally, the two spaces of this container are differentiated by a chromatic change in the glass that makes us differentiate the Sales Area of ​​the Sample Department.

The Lighting Project plays with light through the thickness of the material, as well as the texture of it. It has been tackled in a personalized way for each stay and according to the different objects that have been wanted to enhance and the uses of each zone, by means of specific and indirect light. The mixture of different shades and openings of light contribute to create an atmosphere of emotions, reproducing an excellent color and wellbeing in each space.

MANUEL TORRES DESIGN has made an intervention that has given this project an avant-garde character, innovation and careful details; there is no corner that has not been cleverly designed to give personality to every corner.
